Shipping policy
Nosheen Yousuf delivers your abayas with concierge-level care. Domestic orders (within Pakistan) are typically processed within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Standard domestic delivery by our partner courier M&P then takes about 5–7 business days. We provide door-to-door tracking for all shipments so you can monitor your order in real time. We aim for consistency but advise customers to allow a buffer.
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping charges on all Pakistan orders (3–5 business-day processing, plus ~5 business-day delivery).
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide (DHL & SKYNET). Delivery typically takes 15–20 business days (approximately 1–2 weeks) depending on destination. For example, orders to Europe generally arrive in about 10–20 working days. International customers should be aware that import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs delays are beyond our control, so please factor in extra time for shipments.
- Shipping Costs: We offer transparent pricing. (For instance, domestic orders over a certain threshold qualify for free shipping.) International shipping charges vary by country/weight and are shown at checkout. All shipping fees (domestic or international) are non-refundable.
- Tracking & Updates: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier details. You can check the status online at any time

Note: As one luxury retailer advises, setting expectations early avoids surprises. During peak seasons or unforeseen events (e.g. holidays, extreme weather), deliveries may take a bit longer than usual; we’ll notify you of any significant delays.
