Refund policy
At Nosheen Yousuf we craft each abaya with care, so we do not offer returns on purchased items. All sales are final except as noted below. In keeping with luxury-brand standards, we offer a limited exchange option only to ensure a perfect fit:

No Returns: All products are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Size Exchanges: You may exchange an item for a different size of the same product (e.g. the same abaya in a larger or smaller size). Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags). We replace it with the new size at no extra cost for the garment itself but the customer would have to pay for shipping.

Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team (via email or phone) within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll confirm availability of your requested size. If the size is in stock, we will send a replacement and provide instructions to ship back the original.

Subject to Availability: Exchanges are strictly subject to size availability. If the desired size is sold out, we will notify you promptly and offer you a store credit or gift card instead (valid for future purchase).
- Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. This includes sending the original item back and the shipping for the new item.
- Sale/Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or with any discount are final sale and cannot be exchanged. For example, if an abaya is on clearance, it may not be returned or exchanged.
